First, in areas below 0 ° C, the chiller needs to be used in winter, and the antifreeze should be added in advance to prevent the cooling water from freezing in the cold winter, expanding and cracking the pipeline inside the chiller and damaging the seal of the pipeline.
Second, if the use of the chiller is suspended in winter, then be sure to drain the water in the system (including the water tower, freezing pump, pipeline, etc.), there is water in the pipeline and equipment under low temperature, and the expansion of the icing volume will cause damage to the pipeline. After drainage, use dry high-pressure gas to dry the pipeline, which can avoid the residual water to rust the equipment and prevent the system from freezing.
Thrid, water cooler storage. After cleaning and drying the chiller inside and outside, reinstall the sealing plate. It is recommended to temporarily store the equipment in a place that does not affect production, and cover the equipment with clean plastic bags to prevent dust and water vapor in the air from entering the equipment.
